Customer Reviews
Good irons, delivery was slow
I ordered a set of the forged cavity back irons, 5-PW, with custom shafts. The clubs themselves feel fantastic on the course, very precise. However, it took almost three weeks for them to arrive, which felt a bit long even for custom work. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, but the shipping estimate was initially shorter. Good value overall, but they could improve on delivery times.
Love my new irons!
Just got my new custom forged muscleback irons, and I'm so impressed! The feel is absolutely incredible, unlike anything I've played before. Shots feel so pure off the face. They look amazing too, the raw finish is sharp. Customization was easy, and the clubs arrived in perfect condition. I'm already telling my golf buddies about them. Definitely shopping here again for my next set!
Great feel, fast shipping
Bought a 56 degree wedge. It feels really good. Shipping was quicker than I thought, took about 10 days. I will buy more clubs here.
Consistent quality, keeps me coming back
This was my third order from Ballistic Golf, this time for a new 60-degree lob wedge. I've previously bought a set of their muscleback irons and a driving iron. Each time, the clubs have been consistently high quality, and this wedge is no exception. The feel and playability are on par with my older clubs, which is why I keep returning. Shipping was about the same as before, around two weeks for custom work. It's reassuring to know what to expect in terms of craftsmanship and delivery every time I order.
Excellent wedges, solid experience
My recent purchase from Ballistic Golf was for two custom CNC milled wedges (52 and 56 degree). Ordering was straightforward on their website; I could easily pick out the grind and shaft I wanted. They arrived well-packaged within two weeks, which was reasonable for custom clubs. The quality is immediately apparent – the milling is precise, and they perform exactly as I'd hoped around the greens. I had a quick question about tracking, and their support team responded within a few hours. Overall, a very positive experience and I'm happy with the product.

Hey, thinking about grabbing a set of those Ballistic irons. how long does it usually take for them to actually ship custom ones out? Like, from order to doorstep in California.
Are Ballistic irons really that good compared to like, Mizuno or Titleist? Trying to decide if it's worth the jump from my current set, or if I should just stick with the big names.
